Description

We are looking for an Account Administration Officer to provide administrative support to the MD Private Investment Counsel and MD Management Ltd lines of business.

Responsibilities

  • Administer client accounts, including account openings, maintenance, and funding.
  • Facilitate transfer requests, resolve transfer inquiries, and follow up on initiated transfers.

Qualifications

  • University degree or college diploma, preferably with a financial background.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Working knowledge of CRM2.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course is an asset.
  • Fluency in both French and English (bilingual).
  • Strong client‑service orientation.
