Account Manager, Clinical Diagnostic (Toronto)

Overview

Our client, a leader in manufacturing capital equipment for the hospital environment, is looking for an Account Manager based in GTA to cover the Ontario region.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals by maintaining and growing revenues of the current customer base.
• Develop new business opportunities in a highly regulated market.
• Visit hospitals and laboratories within the territory.
• Travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Identify call points such as microbiologists, medical laboratory technicians, laboratory managers, hospital pharmacists, heads of gastroenterology or respirology departments, finance, purchasing, etc.

Qualifications

• University degree (Business, Science or microbiology an asset) or a college degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• 3+ years of sales experience in the medical or diagnostic industry.
