This critical position calls for an experienced leader with a strong background in manufacturing accounting. You'll partner with the Financial Controller and support various financial functions, contributing to timely reporting and robust internal controls, while developing your accounting team.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation of financial statements compliant with GAAP • Monitor and analyze inventory and COGS • Conduct production reporting and WIP analysis • Mentor the accounting team for process improvements • Support financial analysis and variance reporting
