Location: Hanover, ON (On Site)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform accounting processes related to inventory, purchases, and logistics for three feed mill locations
- Post journal entries and collect approvals
- Record transactions in suspense accounts
- Complete various accounting administrative functions
- Manage the main reception desk for phone and visitor inquiries
- Process incoming and outgoing courier distribution
- Order office supplies and manage boardroom calendar
- Handle occasional mail pick-up and other clerical tasks as required
Required Qualifications
- High school education required
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
