Accounting & Office Administrator

Status: FT Permanent
Division: New-Life Mills
Location: Hanover, ON (On Site)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Perform accounting processes related to inventory, purchases, and logistics for three feed mill locations
  • Post journal entries and collect approvals
  • Record transactions in suspense accounts
  • Complete various accounting administrative functions
  • Manage the main reception desk for phone and visitor inquiries
  • Process incoming and outgoing courier distribution
  • Order office supplies and manage boardroom calendar
  • Handle occasional mail pick-up and other clerical tasks as required

Required Qualifications

  • High school education required
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
