About the role:
Accounts Queue Lead will manage a team that contributes to a diverse range of client-focused accountingfunctions including Accounts Payable, Revenue and Accounts Receivable and Bond Recoupment, VendorManagement, and Fixed Asset Accounting. The role contributes hands-on expertise across key administrativeand operational functions and maintains quality through assurance activities.Accountable to the Manager, Accounting Services, this role is responsible for the quality of all staff inputsapplied to these services to meet the agreed service requirements with suppliers and key clients.The Accounts Queue Lead will ensure all documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),training materials and advice to customers in relation to the service are regularly updated according to theirown monitoring and reporting of service levels, staff and customer feedback.In addition, they will lead a team with specialist expertise and/or skills in accounting services, havin...
