Administrative auxiliary Tepexpan

As an Administrative Auxiliary, you will control and manage inventories, and monitor the usage of materials used in production processes through the system. You will also support management and department heads in the preparation of controlled documents, procedures, and work instructions.

You will work reporting to the senior production manager at our plant located in Tepexpan.

Main Responsibilities

• You will manage sub-inventories within the production facility and perform cycle counts of main and critical products in the area.
• You will monitor the real-time usage of cleaning solvents and manage the transfer of solvents and resins from warehouses to the production facility.
• You will accomplish the transfer of contaminated solvents to designated disposal areas.
• You will analyze and manage corrective actions for deviations related to the proper closure of production batches.
