What you will do:
The Administrative Intern is responsible for supporting the Distribution and Marketing team with general department administration tasks along with project work as assigned.
This is a 3-month contract opportunity. This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office per week). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto.
Responsibilities:
Department Administration
Provide administrative support to team members.
Support invoice coding for all payables on a weekly basis.
Document archiving.
Respond to all incoming distribution inquiries and refer to appropriate team members.
Meeting invitation and scheduling management.
Sales and Marketing Support
Support the daily entry of box office reports.
Communicate with theatre owners to retrieve any late or missing box office reports.
