What you will do:

The Administrative Intern is responsible for supporting the Distribution and Marketing team with general department administration tasks along with project work as assigned.

This is a 3-month contract opportunity. This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office per week). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto.

Responsibilities:

Department Administration

  • Provide administrative support to team members.

  • Support invoice coding for all payables on a weekly basis.

  • Document archiving.

  • Respond to all incoming distribution inquiries and refer to appropriate team members.

  • Meeting invitation and scheduling management.

  • Sales and Marketing Support

  • Support the daily entry of box office reports.

  • Communicate with theatre owners to retrieve any late or missing box office reports.
