• Leading recruitment efforts with urgency and ensuring hiring requirements for each position are met on time, using recruitment tools and personal skills.
• Knowledge of a recruitment system.
• Adhere to the requirements of each job description.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews in a timely manner.
• Create and update a checklist (interview questions, mandatory documents, contact phones, etc.).
• Attend and assist with events related to the Human Resources department.
• Prepare and hand over complete personnel files to HR assistants.
