ADR & A&T Sales Person
Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive salesperson to join our Issuer Services team. The ideal candidate will possess strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in building relationships within clients and the financial industry.
About Issuer Services:
American Depositary Receipts (ADRs): are certificates that represent a number of shares of a company that is listed in its home market. Allow investors to buy shares of foreign companies on exchanges and permits companies to access capital outside its home market and expand its investor base.
A&T (Agency & Trust): These services are critical in transactions such as Project Financing, Syndicated Loans, M&A, Securitization. Deals that demand collateral structures such as escrow, collateral and administrative agent roles.
