Two positions are to be filled, one in Montreal and the other in Toronto. Knowledge of French is required for the position located in Montreal.

A career as a Senior Advisor – Fund and ETF Onboarding within the ETF & Specialized Operations team at National Bank means playing a key role in the launch and operational integration of new investment funds and exchange traded funds (ETFs), ensuring a structured, accurate, and seamless setup across multiple systems and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the operational onboarding of new mutual funds and ETFs
• Lead the setup of new funds across various operational and accounting systems (e.g., FMC, PACER, external service providers)
• Coordinate onboarding activities with internal teams (fund accounting, tax, operations, finance, IT, etc.)
