  • Support the sales team with technical questions.
  • Manage and maintain the training room.
  • Write technical and training documentation.
  • Provide internal and client training.
  • Validate new products before they are put into production.
  • Review and manage technical bulletins.
  • Apply RMA procedures and quality assurance standards.
  • Perform any other tasks related to the position.
