Daily Responsibilities:

In this role, you will engage in consulting, education, mentoring and coaching support for program team to further agile practices, mindset and ways of working within a complex and matrixed organizational structure.


What you will do:

Hands-on coaching of teams to improve Agile maturity, collaboration, and delivery.

Hands-on experience implementing Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile practices

Proficiency in running daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.

Guiding teams in self-organization and cross-functionality

Mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members to excel in their roles

Designing and facilitating Agile workshops, training sessions, and boot camps.
