This 1-year contract role sits within our Data and AI team, focused on building practical, responsible AI solutions across the business. You'll design and deploy AI tools, support employee upskilling, and help drive adoption of generative AI to improve efficiency and deliver measurable impact at R.W. Tomlinson.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• As part of the Data and AI team, help train and upskill staff across the business on how to design, build, and responsibly deploy AI agents and generative AI solutions
• Contribute to training materials, hands‑on workshops, documentation, and best‑practice guidelines that build AI literacy and self‑sufficiency across the organization
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders to understand business needs and identify high‑value opportunities for generative AI and automation
