Alberta Certified Teacher (Kindergarten to Grade 7 )

The Gobind Sarvar Edmonton invites applications for full-time (1.0 FTE) Kindergarten-Grade 7 Teachers. Teachers interested in collaboration, teamwork and culture building are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong 21st century teaching skills including designing and delivering project based learning that ensures high student engagement, critical thinking skills, inquiry, connections with real world problems and the use of technology as a learning tool.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Applicants are required to have a Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate, a Bachelor of Education Degree or equivalent recognized by Alberta Education and an Understanding of different teaching methodologies and multiple intelligences.
