Act as the liaison between Contract Renewal and Software Asset Management (SAM) teams. Maintain and track the renewal schedule across IT suppliers. Ensure timely escalations and proactive communication regarding renewals. Coordinate supplier onboarding activities including gathering documentation, compliance and setup of onboarding tasks.
