Analyst/Associate, Institutional Client Experience (Toronto)

What you’ll be doing

The Institutional Asset Management team works closely with institutional investors in building investment solutions to help clients achieve their goals and objectives. As an Analyst/Associate, Institutional Client Experience, you will serve as a member of a dynamic client‑facing team working in collaboration with the Institutional Asset Management team in the delivery of customized client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete proposals, including customized Request for Proposals, Requests for Information, and Due Diligence Questionnaires.
• Determine requirements for successful proposal submission and coordinate proposal huddles to assign deliverables and deadlines.
• Write, proofread, edit, and format proposal content, adapting existing content and boilerplates as needed.
• Ensure each proposal is submitted within the established deadline.
