Role Description & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end travel expense audit via the Expense tool whilst controlling Expense Report (ER) according to 3DS Travel & Expenses Policy.
• Drive & complete projects / report analysis assigned in a timely manner.
• Performs quality reviews and auditing of the ER submitted by the employees & provide comprehensive support to employees on expense audit processes, policy and tool usage.
• Proactively engage employees, colleagues, and leaders to address identified risks, fraud, & issues and to solve problems with moderate to high complexity.
• Update reference materials such as user guides, presentations, internal platform WIKI community page postings...
