Asphalt Superintendent

Asphalt Superintendent The incumbent will work daily with Operations Managers, Project Managers and Superintendents to maximize scheduling and efficiency of all the paving, adjustment and grinding crews. They will be responsible to develop and improve existing processes such as scheduling and dispatching to ensure optimum crew utilization while maintaining a high level of quality control.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage, train and mentor asphalt paving crews, adjustment crews and grinding crews

Seek out and engage with clients to actively pursue business opportunities in the Eastern Ontario regions

Develop and implement work processes with foremen and crews utilizing the resources within Tomlinson

Coordinate operations with the Quality Control Department and Asphalt Plants
