Assessment Centre Specialist (Regular Part-Time)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Administering/invigilating exams (post‑secondary, accommodated, placement, admission, external, and short program);
• Deescalating high‑conflict situations;
• Providing frontline service to a high volume of students and faculty;
• Reporting breaches of academic integrity to appropriate staff;
• Troubleshooting minor technical issues that students may have during their test;
• Verifying accommodations using ClockWork software;
• Booking appointments using the Acuity scheduling system;
• Entering scores and pertinent information into Sheridan’s databases and screens;
• Responding to inquiries in person, by phone, or by email; liaise with faculty, program coordinators, and academic schools, as well as external colleges/universities;
