This position is responsible for providing administrative support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and maintaining excellent relationships between Clients, Customer Service Managers, producers and insurers.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in servicing, and be detail oriented according to agency procedures and standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Communicate changes or adjustments in policies to clients.
