The Department of Medicine and Therapeutics is currently seeking a Project Assistant II to join the team. The appointee will carry the functional title of Assistant Officer and will be stationed at the CUHK office within the Prince of Wales Hospital premises. Duties include (a) providing secretarial support to clinical professoriate staff, duties may include but not limited to calendar management, communication with private patients, processing payments and reimbursements, etc.; (b) assisting in organising clinical examinations and academic programmes; (c) assisting in the general administration of the department; and (d) performing other tasks as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education, preferably with an Associate Degree or above; (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including ...
