What is the opportunity?

Reporting into a Senior Director, you will support the Mid‑Market Leveraged Finance (MMLF) team in realization of the Corporate Client Group’s (CCG) objectives through the structuring, delivery and account management of senior leveraged lending relationships principally to Private Equity (PE) owned/backed companies. MMLF is responsible for ensuring adequate legal, accounting, business, and financial due diligence is completed within RBC’s risk appetite to support the extension of leveraged loans, and ongoing monitoring, account management and realization of additional ancillary business for client and sponsor relationships. MMLF is mandated to support loan origination across Canada and within the majority of industries.
