Associate Invoicing (India)

Elevate is recruiting an Associate Invoicing for our Finance and Accounting Team. As a Associate you will do end-to-end billing operations including invoice preparation, validation, and submission.

Specifically, The Associate Invoicing Will

• Handle complex client billing requirements and contract-based billing rules.
• Provide revenue recognition support and coordination with finance and accounting teams.
• Post and review billing entries in accounting systems.
• Do reconciliation of billed vs. recognized revenue.
• Resolve billing discrepancies, credit notes, and invoice adjustments.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
• Maintain audit-ready billing and accounting documentation.
• Manage client queries related to invoices, payments, and financial records.
