• Oversee the Small Group Ministry, including recruiting and training facilitators, developing curriculum, providing resources, and maintaining accurate data on members, facilitators, and meeting times.
• Improve the connection process for new attendees by refining engagement strategies and overseeing communication via email, call, or text.
• Manage men's and women's ministry teams and related activities.
• Coordinate after‑service “Intro to FBC” meetings, including short video presentation, Q&A, and follow‑up communication.
