Back Office Specialist
Support the administrative tasks related to our client’s operational and accounting processes.
Responsibilities
- Process billing invoices accurately and efficiently using accounting software.
- Verify billing data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Generate and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Reconcile billing statements and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing and invoicing procedures.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for billing documents.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis as needed.
