Back Office Specialist

Support the administrative tasks related to our client’s operational and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Process billing invoices accurately and efficiently using accounting software.
  • Verify billing data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Generate and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile billing statements and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing and invoicing procedures.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for billing documents.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis as needed.
