Backend Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices architecture to improve system performance and reliability
• Develop and deploy RESTful web services for seamless application integration
• Build robust backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Core
• Integrate Kafka for real-time messaging, event streaming, and distributed processing
• Utilize Oracle and PL/SQL for database development, optimization, and data management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code review support to development teams
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and secure development principles
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives
