  Job description 
 As a compassionate Wales beneficiary attendant, you will assist residents in their daily activities while respecting and encouraging their autonomy level as established in their care plan. You will use interpersonal skills and flexibility to provide a homelike environment alongside your team.
 
  Wanted profile 
 Diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) in Institutional and Home Care Assistance
 Ability to speak and understand English
 Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and Principes de déplacements sécuritaires des bénéficiaires (PDSB) training
 Relevant experience with seniors
