• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop recruiting strategies and promote diverse candidate pipelines.
• Support hiring across multiple Canadian provinces as a recruiting expert in both English and French.
• Build creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates for current and future needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate communication.
