Bid Manager - Buildings

As a Bid Manager, working in the Alternative Projects Center of Expertise (APEX) team at Pomerleau Construction, you will lead estimating and proposal teams in developing competitive bids in a client‑centric approach. You will handle projects ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion and collaborate with management, external consultants and joint‑venture partners to create winning proposal strategies.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Regional Leadership team to develop strategies for winning complex P3, Design‑Build and other alternative contracting model projects.
• Lead the management of design, technical writing, estimating, construction, scheduling, risk and commercial teams throughout the bid process.
• Develop, monitor and maintain the proposal budget with support from management and engineering partners.
