Bilingual Client Success Manager (Santiago)

Buyapowa is seeking a Client Success Manager in Santiago, Chile to be the primary liaison with clients. You will manage a selection of clients to drive adoption and ensure their success using our platform.

Responsibilities

You will educate clients, provide ongoing support, and facilitate contract renewals.

Qualifications

The adecuado candidate has at least 2 years of experience in account management within SaaS, is fluent in English and Spanish, and possesses strong relationship building skills.
