Bilingual Customer Service Specialist - burnaby

Major Responsibilities of the Role:

• As a Mabe Customer Service Specialist, you will receive inbound calls from our customers within Canada.
• You will be responsible for the effective and efficient handling of customer inquiries regarding product warranty and requests to book service calls on appliances.
• You will complete transactions in real time, work simultaneously with multiple software applications, consistently follow-up on commitments in a timely manner and appropriately identify and escalat unresolved matters.

Qualifications:

• Successful candidates must be fluently bilingual (French & English).
• Must possess a College or University degree, or equivalent in experience, and a minimum of two years customer service experience.
• The candidate must also demonstrate strong customer service skills, display above average team skills with a desire to contribute in a highly interdependent team environment.
