Role

The Bilingual Installation Coordinator works with various teams at PBS to coordinate and facilitate dealership DMS installations from intake through to go‑live. The coordinator ensures that all installation requirements are understood, resources are aligned, and communication is maintained across teams and customers. The coordinator acts as the central point of coordination to ensure a successful and efficient installation experience for both the customer and PBS.
