You enjoy learning new processes and collaborating with different teams to solve problems.

What You'll Do

As an Intake Specialist, you will be the friendly first voice our members hear when they need help – whether it is medical or general assistance. Before cases move to our Case Coordinators, you will be the one making sure everyone gets the support they need.

• Being the first point of contact for all calls, emails, and correspondence
• Helping traveling members with practical needs such as booking taxis, ambulances, hotels, and medical appointments
• Connecting with service providers worldwide to gather reports and documentation
• Keeping clients updated on their members’ assistance progress
