Summary
The Bilingual Safety Training Specialist is responsible for delivering and supporting safety and equipment training in both English and Spanish to ensure all associates understand and comply with OSHA standards, company policies, and operational procedures. This role conducts training for new hires and existing employees, assists with safety compliance administration, and maintains accurate training and safety records in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. The Specialist will also evaluate training effectiveness, monitor participant progress against standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support ongoing safety initiatives across the organization.
