How You Will Contribute

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand project pipelines and identify talent gaps to help inform talent demand planning.
• Design and execute sophisticated engagement strategies for passive, senior-level candidates, ensuring a white‑glove experience that aligns with the complexity of the roles and the seniority of the individuals.
• Develop and implement end‑to‑end direct sourcing frameworks for niche, specialist, and hard‑to‑fill vacancies globally.
• Contribute to the talent strategy for new business wins, creating scalable models to rapidly deploy specialist technical teams in areas such as Cloud, Security, and Mainframe modernization.
