This role supports recruitment for high-volume hospitality positions and corporate roles across all Eastern Canadian locations.

Responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruitment for frontline hospitality roles (e.g., Lounge Associates, Kitchen Staff) and corporate positions (Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Sales).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job postings, and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Utilize proactive sourcing methods (Indeed, onsite job fairs, referrals) and innovative strategies to identify top talent and meet hiring goals.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture, including both in‑person and virtual interviews.
