- Maintain accurate financial records and daily transactions
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices, customer statements, and payment collections
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements
- Track fuel, material, trucking, and operational expenses
- Assist with payroll processing and employee time tracking
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents
- Coordinate with CPA/accounting firm during tax preparation
- Monitor customer credit accounts and payment status
