Job Summary:

Benefits Analysts Lead, in addition to being an overall SME, serves a useful role for both senior management and team members alike. The duties are diverse, ranging from taking care of the spirit of employees to strategic decisions that support the business. The Lead provides professional support and direction to the team, serves as the point of contact for day-to-day operations, collaborates with Senior Management/Client on inquiries, and recommends continuous improvement initiatives to help the account succeed.
