Responsibilities
- Ensure that day‑to‑day branch operations related to financial transactions are compliant.
- Act as the contact person with respect to operational issues, HR questions and logistical needs for branch employees.
- Disseminate administrative procedures and policies and ensure that branch employees understand and comply with them.
- Perform rigorous follow‑ups as recommended by Internal Audit and Compliance.
