Description
SUMMARY
UT Southwestern is actively seeking a skilled and dependable Building Maintenance Specialist (BMS), 3rd Shift (Nights) to support facility operations at Clements University Hospital. We are looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, multi-trade experience at a journeyman level, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; hospital facilities/utilities maintenance experience strongly preferred.
Work Location: Clements University Hospital (CUH), Dallas Campus; assist other locations as needed.
Shift Requirement: 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM, Saturday through Wednesday (shift begins Saturday night at 11:30 PM and ends on Thursday morning at 8:00 AM); may include a rotating weekend shift serving as the primary responder for hospital-wide calls, along with weekday coverage for assigned areas.
