Position Details
BUS DRIVER 
Hourly wage $23.57-25.14 

*Sign-on bonus $750 for non-certified drivers / $1250 for certified drivers

**Retention bonus up to $1250
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check, DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.

Must have or be able to obtain a CDL Group B with air brake and P/S endorsements – paid training available.

Must have passed or be able to pass MDE Beginning Bus Driver Class.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to communicate clearly with students, parents, staff, and the public.

Ability to read and interpret driving directions and a map.

Establish and maintain proper conduct of passengers on a school bus.
