JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the expansion of our operations in Luxembourg, we are seeking a Business Analyst specializing in the Financial Sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
Analyzing the business needs of banking and insurance clients and defining functional and non-functional requirements.
Contribute to process modeling, map user journeys, and propose operational optimizations.
Draft detailed functional specifications and use cases in collaboration with the product, IT, and compliance teams.
Monitor development progress (prioritization, functional acceptance testing, validation of deliverables) and coordinate user acceptance testing phases.
