Job Summary
We’re looking for a Business Development Coordinator to help grow our home care agency by building partnerships, generating leads, and guiding families through the process of getting the care they need. This is a full‑time position offering a base salary plus uncapped commission, ideal for someone who is motivated, compassionate, and driven by results.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential referral partners (hospitals, clinics, senior centers, etc.)
