Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding MIRCOM’s presence across the West Africa by identifying new distributors, engaging project stakeholders, and securing product specifications. This role combines technical expertise with strategic market development, including conducting meetings with consultants and developers, organizing technical seminars, supporting exhibitions, and preparing commercial proposals. The specialist will manage lead generation activities, perform competitive and market analysis, and collaborate with marketing to develop regional case studies and portfolios. Through both in-person and remote engagement, the role ensures MIRCOM’s inclusion in project AVLs, strengthens relationships with key industry partners, and drives new sales and ESD opportunities.
