Business Planning Analyst Montreal

Cryopak is hiring a Business Analyst & Planning Lead to strengthen our planning, MRP, and materials management processes. This role blends analysis, hands‑on planning, and leadership in training current team members.

What You’ll Do

• Improve and document MRP, inventory, and scheduling processes
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports
• Lead daily/long‑term planning using ERP/MRP systems
• Maintain planning parameters and ensure material availability
• Build and manage production schedules
• Resolve planning exceptions and supply risks
• Train, mentor, and onboard new planners

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations analysis
• Robust MRP/ERP knowledge + Excel/Power BI skills
