AWS is seeking a Business Strategy Advisor to serve as a strategic partner and force multiplier to the Healthcare & Alliance Leader for Canada Public Sector. The role is the strategic and operational pillar to the healthcare sales and public sector partner sales business—driving rhythm, shaping strategy, synthesizing insights, and representing leadership across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and translate priorities into actionable plans, representing leadership in key meetings and cross‑functional forums.
• Design and run the business cadence—leadership meetings, pipeline reviews, QBRs, planning cycles, and executive updates; define and track OKRs/KPIs, monitor trends, and ensure clear decisions and accountability.
• Lead and influence across account teams, partners, specialists, marketing, finance, and support; drive high‑impact initiatives from concept through execution while maintaining momentum.
