Join 407 ETR as a Business Support Specialist in Woodbridge, Ontario. This six-month contract role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while managing inquiries from small and medium business customers.
In this position, you will be part of the Customer Operations department, assisting clients with various questions through phone, email, and live chat. Your primary goal will be to establish lasting relationships by understanding their business needs and resolving account-related inquiries independently and promptly.
Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve business customer account inquiries and issues independently
