Business System Analyst - Payments (Toronto)

Position

Payments Business Systems Analyst (Payments Domain, High Value Payments or Real Time Payments, API, Bulk transfer, Sanctions, ESS) – Toronto, ON. Hybrid work arrangement: 4 days in office, 1 day remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end requirements from elicitation through delivery.
• Gather requirements from multiple non-technical business and operations stakeholders.
• Create process maps (as‑is and to‑be) and conduct gap analysis.
• Translate complex business processes and requirements into explicit functional and UI user stories.
• Communicate functional and UI requirements to technical and UXD teams.
• Write functional and UI requirements that developers can execute independently.
• Control scope and prioritize requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years BA/BSA experience in an Agile environment.
