Business System Analyst (Toronto)

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst in financial services environments.
• Hands‑on experience supporting loan management systems and collections platforms across the full loan lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of loan servicing, collections workflows, and downstream financial impacts.
• Experience leading or supporting system migrations from legacy or manual processes to contemporary, industry‑standard platforms.
• Ability to support multiple delivery pods simultaneously and onboard new teams into complex platforms.
• Strong documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working with LoanPro or similar loan servicing platforms.
