Job Description

Department Overview – The Small Business Card ART is part of the Credit Platform. We support all Credit Origination, Adjudication, Credit Bureau, Credit Decisioning primarily for Credit Cards and related Small Business Credit products.

Job Accountabilities – What You'll Do

• Confirm system requirements in alignment with standards and frameworks. Work in close partnership with various partners and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage functional and non-functional requirements. Work with system users to determine issues and solution as workaround and navigating through the production environment.
• Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system processes and defining technology solutions options / recommendations working closely with key technology partners
